Once logged into your dashboard, use the Settings menu item to setup your profile, the more complete your profile is the more appealing and trustworthy your store will be to customers. Use this to setup Shipping, Returns Policies, A bio, your social media links, connect your PayPal payment account, banner image and profile picture.

Yes, you need a subscription to use our platform. Use the subscription menu item to subscribe to a plan. Without a plan you will not be able to use our platform.

Use Products menu item When adding product ensure you select master category MEN or WOMEN or BOTH (if unisex) for inclusion in the MEN/WOMEN groupings.
After you’ve added your product it will be pending review and will need to be approved by CF Team before it is available on the CF Marketplace.

To view and process incoming orders please visit the Orders menu item.

Yes, Use Coupon menu item
You may set coupons/discounts for your store separate from any other designer, only your products will be affected by such coupons/discounts.

You may withdraw funds at your leisure. To withdraw funds from your account, please use the Withdraw menu item. You must have at least 50 in your account to be able to withdraw.
If you close your account, any amount less than 50 will be paid out to your payment method.

To process returns from customers, please use the Returns menu item.

You may add staff members to your account to assist with the operations of your storefront. Use Staff menu item After you’ve added a staff member, they will receive an email from our platform to set a password, alternatively you can edit the staff and set the password, you can reset the password in that manner as well. You should immediately EDIT the staff added and set the respective permissions tailored to what you want the staff to manage in your dashboard.

Use the Support menu item to address support inquiries from customers. Customers will be able to message you directly from your storefront and messages will appear here. We recommend you check this daily.
